You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p>No dia 12.6.2020 foi publicada a Lei n\u00ba. 14.010 (\u201cLei 14.010\/2020\u201d), instituindo o chamado Regime Jur\u00eddico Emergencial e Transit\u00f3rio das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Jur\u00eddicas de Direito Privado (\u201cRJET\u201d), que contempla normas de car\u00e1ter transit\u00f3rio e emergencial como forma de regular as rela\u00e7\u00f5es jur\u00eddicas de direito privado, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da pandemia decorrente da COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Essa lei \u00e9 fruto da san\u00e7\u00e3o, com vetos, do Projeto de Lei n\u00ba. 1.179\/2020 (\u201cPL 1.179\/2020\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Para efeitos do RJET, considera-se como termo inicial dos eventos decorrentes da pandemia a data de 20.3.2020.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo do RJET n\u00e3o \u00e9 o de alterar as normas ordin\u00e1rias mencionadas em seus termos, n\u00e3o resultando em sua revoga\u00e7\u00e3o ou altera\u00e7\u00e3o, mas estabelecer normas transit\u00f3rias e excepcionais, diante da pandemia decorrente da COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lawmee.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Artigo-Lei-14.010-2020_vf.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LEIA<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Portugu\u00eas.
