You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<h2>Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SF\/SUREM n\u00ba 07<\/h2>\n<p>No \u00faltimo dia 09 de maio a Secretaria das Finan\u00e7as da Prefeitura do Munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo fez publicar a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SF\/SUREM n\u00ba 07, de 08\/05\/2017, que alterou a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SF\/SUREM n\u00ba 10, de 10\/08\/2011, que disp\u00f5e sobre a obrigatoriedade de emiss\u00e3o da Nota Fiscal de Servi\u00e7os Eletr\u00f4nica \u2013 NFS-e.<\/p>\n<p>Com efeito, o artigo 1\u00ba da IN SF\/SUREM n\u00ba 10\/2011 impunha a obrigatoriedade da emiss\u00e3o de NFS-e aos contribuintes em geral, por\u00e9m deixando a emiss\u00e3o optativa para alguns contribuintes, dentre eles as sociedades uniprofissionais.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e3o sociedades uniprofissionais, exemplificativamente, as sociedades de advogados, as cl\u00ednicas m\u00e9dicas, os consult\u00f3rios dent\u00e1rios, os escrit\u00f3rios de engenharia, os escrit\u00f3rios de arquitetura, ou seja, as entidades privadas cujos s\u00f3cios, pessoas f\u00edsicas, exer\u00e7am, de forma pessoal, mas em nome da sociedade, uma \u00fanica profiss\u00e3o legalmente regulamentada.<\/p>\n<p>Com a altera\u00e7\u00e3o introduzida pela IN SF\/SUREM n\u00ba 7\/2017, as sociedades uniprofissionais estabelecidas no Munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo ficam obrigadas, <strong>a partir de 07\/08\/2017<\/strong>, a emitir NFS-e quando da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os aos seus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>A emiss\u00e3o da NFS-e por profissionais liberais e aut\u00f4nomos permanece optativa.<\/p>\n<p>Os profissionais de <strong>Mattos Engelberg Advogados<\/strong> permanecem \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para esclarecer d\u00favidas acerca deste e de outros temas tribut\u00e1rios.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Portugu\u00eas.
