You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<h2>Three firms in animal pharmaceutical deal<\/h2>\n<p>Brazilian firm Veirano Advogados has helped French animal health company Ceva Sant\u00e9 Animale acquire a 50% equity stake in Brazil\u2019s Inova Biotecnologia Sa\u00fade Animal.<\/p>\n<p>Inova Biotecnologia is a joint venture between Brazilian companies Eurofarma and Hertape. Eurofarma turned to local firm Mattos Engelberg Advogados for the sale.<\/p>\n<p>Ceva Sant\u00e9 bought the stake by purchasing 100% of Hertape shareholders AH and LH Participa\u00e7\u00f5es, giving it indirect control of Hertape.
