Mattos Engelberg Advogados and Jingsh Law Firm Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement<\/h2>\n

S\u00e3o Paulo based law firm Mattos Engelberg Advogados announced on August 16th that it has entered a strategic cooperation with Jingsh Law Firm, from China.<\/h4>\n

The aim is to offer a broader range of legal services to the clients of both firms who seek the possibility of doing businesses in Latin America and Asia.<\/p>\n

Mattos Engelberg values the Chinese market, as evidenced by the presence of a full-time attorney, Germano Forneck, in Shanghai since 2016. \u201cThis cooperation agreement is an excellent opportunity to improve our services to Chinese clients and certainly will complement the range of services that we are capable to offer,\u201d said Mr. Forneck, who holds a master in international business degree from Hult International Business School and a master of international law diploma, from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in judicial science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.<\/p>\n

Fernando Engelberg de Moraes, another\u00a0founding partner, also shared his take:\u00a0“We are very optimistic because the Chinese investments in Brazil have been increasing significantly, as well as the Brazilian investment in China. This cooperation agreement will benefit the clients of both firms.”<\/p>\n
