A compet\u00eancia para a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o em quest\u00e3o \u00e9 exclusiva do Poder Executivo e ocorre por meio de Portaria publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o. O Manual est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no site do Departamento de Registro Empresarial e Integra\u00e7\u00e3o (DREI) neste\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdic.gov.br\/images\/REPOSITORIO\/SEMPE\/DREI\/INs_EM_VIGOR\/ANEXOS\/EMPRESA-ESTRANGEIRA-NO-BRASIL-16-04.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">link<\/a>.
