You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<h2>Altera\u00e7\u00e3o nas normas da EIRELI<\/h2>\n<p>Publicada no D.O.U. do \u00faltimo dia 06.08.2018, a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa DREI no. 47, de 03.08.2018, esclarece que a pessoa jur\u00eddica, nacional ou estrangeira, poder\u00e1 figurar como titular de mais de uma EIRELI. J\u00e1 a pessoa natural, nos termos do par\u00e1grafo 2\u00ba do art. 980-A do C\u00f3digo Civil, continua restrita \u00e0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o de apenas uma EIRELI, devendo declarar, no corpo do ato constitutivo da EIRELI, que n\u00e3o \u00e9 titular de nenhuma outra empresa dessa modalidade.
