You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<h2>Prazo para consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do PERT<\/h2>\n<p>Foi publicada nesta segunda-feira (10\/12\/2018), no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o, a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 1.855, de 07 de dezembro de 2018, que disp\u00f5e sobre a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os d\u00e9bitos aderidos ao Programa Especial de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria (PERT), institu\u00eddo pela Lei n\u00ba 13.496\/2017.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 28\/12\/2018, nos dias \u00fateis, entre 7h e 21h, os contribuintes dever\u00e3o prestar informa\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Receita Federal do Brasil, via e-CAC, informando: (i) os d\u00e9bitos pagos \u00e0 vista ou a serem inclu\u00eddos no parcelamento; (ii) a quantidade de parcelas pretendidas; e, (iii) se for o caso, o valor de eventuais cr\u00e9ditos a serem utilizados para fins de quita\u00e7\u00e3o (ex.: preju\u00edzo fiscal, base de c\u00e1lculo negativa da CSLL, demais cr\u00e9ditos informados em PER\/DCOMP).<\/p>\n<p>Com base nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es prestadas poder\u00e1 haver rec\u00e1lculo de parcelas e exig\u00eancia de complementa\u00e7\u00e3o por parte dos contribuintes.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Portugu\u00eas.
