You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p>Foi publicada hoje, 28\/12\/2018, no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.863, que disp\u00f5e sobre o Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jur\u00eddica \u2013 CNPJ.<\/p>\n<p>Com base na nova IN, postergou-se em 180 dias, contados da data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, o prazo para prestar informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os benefici\u00e1rios finais das entidades preexistentes \u00e0 publica\u00e7\u00e3o da IN.<\/p>\n<p>A IN RFB n\u00ba 1.863\/2018 entra em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, tendo sido expressamente revogadas as Instru\u00e7\u00f5es Normativas RFB n\u00bas 1.634\/2016, 1.684\/2016 e 1.729\/2017.<\/p>\n<p>Por fim, ressaltamos que nos termos da IN, o n\u00e3o cumprimento da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es referentes ao benefici\u00e1rio final implicar\u00e1 na suspens\u00e3o da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o junto ao CNPJ, com o consequente impedimento de transacionar com estabelecimentos banc\u00e1rios, inclusive quanto \u00e0 movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas-correntes, \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e \u00e0 obten\u00e7\u00e3o de empr\u00e9stimos.<\/p>\n<p>As equipes Tribut\u00e1ria e Societ\u00e1ria de Mattos Engelberg Advogados permanecem \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para maiores esclarecimentos.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Portugu\u00eas.
