At her new home, Ms. Farisco will focus on tax consultancy and planning, corporate reorganization, inheritance restructuring and international taxation mandates.<\/p>\n<p>Banking expert<strong>\u00a0Tiago Severo<\/strong>\u00a0began his career at distinguished firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados and, after eight years, moved to renowned outfit Veirano Advogados where he enjoyed a seven-month stint prior to becoming a partner at Mattos Engelberg. He is currently a Professor at Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a member of the Brazilian Bar Association\u2019s (OAB) Banking Committee. With regards to academic achievements, it is worth highlighting Mr. Severo holds a Bachelor of Laws from Centro Universit\u00e1rio &#8211; IESB as well as an LL.M. in Business Law from FGV.<\/p>\n<p>Mattos Engelberg Advogados is a multidisciplinary law firm with 25 partners, over 150 professionals and expertise in approximately 20 practice areas, including civil litigation, competition, environment, government relations and international trade. Headquartered in S\u00e3o Paulo, the firm has offices in Bras\u00edlia, Ribeir\u00e3o Preto, Rio Brilhante and Rio de Janeiro, with a representative office in Buenos Aires.
