In line with the Labor Reform, we advise companies in the solution of conflicts, through homologation, in court, of extrajudicial agreements, arbitration and mediation. We also support our Clients in various forms of contractual termination, including compliance analysis, mutual agreement, individual and collective dismissals, as well as in the analysis of the convenience of institution and negotiation of voluntary termination plans.
Our contractual labor area provides services to our Clients linked to the negotiation of individual and collective contracts of all sectors, including collective bargaining agreements, profit sharing terms and negotiations, individual adjustments, such as agreements with managers and senior executives, regarding remuneration packages and/or termination, in addition to specific individual adjustments, for all professional and specific situations, involving travel, compensation and bank hours’ agreements, expatriation, job rotation programs, home-office agreements, part-time and intermittent contracts, among others.
We also support our clients in contracting third parties in a safe manner, with analysis of objective requirements for hiring and managing third parties, with risk assessment and support in the choice and supervision of contractors, which involves specific training programs for managers for safe outsourcing.
