Alexandre Humberto Vallada Zambon has consolidated professional experience in more than 25 years working in legal departments of large corporations, including Banco do Brasil S.A. and Coca-Cola Andina Brasil, where he led important legal and compliance issues focused on structuring best corporate and market governance practices, assisting in the management of strategic decisions, in the simplification and conduct of processes, and, in risk assessment and conflict resolution.

Academic Education

Graduated in Law from Faculdade de Ribeirão Preto and post-graduated in Accounting, Auditing and Tax Legislation from FEA-USP, with specializations in Value Management from INEPAD – Institute of Teaching in Research in Administration and for Governance Officer from IBGC – Instituto Brasileiro de Corporate governance.
