António Frota has extensive experience in judicial and administrative litigation, with a focus on complex corporate disputes, cartel investigations at CADE, actions for damages related to competition and environmental issues, and the management of mass litigation in regulatory and consumer law.
In addition to his litigation work, António Frota specializes in mergers and acquisitions, including negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and handling merger filings with CADE. He also develops competition compliance programs and drafts various types of contracts. Recently recognized as one of the leading corporate lawyers in Latin America by LACCA Approved 2023, he is a member of IBRAC and the Energy Law Commission of OAB-SP.
