Experience

Mr. Vidigal has worked at highly reputed law firms, such as Lefosse Advogados, Linklaters in London, Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados and in Deutsche Bank of São Paulo as Vice President of the Legal Department between the years of 2012 e 2015.

He has vast experience with Civil and Commercial Law, especially with agreements related to Structured Financing Operations, Capital Markets and Corporate Law, representing several banks and companies.

Academic Education

Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo Law School. He earned a LL.M degree in International Trade Law from London University, and also took specialization courses in Tax (PUC/SP) and in Capital Markets (IBMEC).
