Attorney with a degree from PUC/SP, a postgraduate degree in Controllership from Mackenzie, and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Escola Brasileira de Direito (EBRADI). He has over 30 years of experience in the legal field, working at a C-Level in the legal departments of national and multinational companies, as well as holding a partner position at renowned law firms. He has solid expertise in corporate law, M&A, tax law, complex contract negotiation, compliance, and litigation, along with extensive experience in business development and client relations. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Ethics Committee of the Brazilian Mercantile Exchange (BBM) and is also part of the institution’s panel of arbitrators. He holds an Anti-Corruption Compliance Certification (CPC-A) from LEC.
