Mattos Engelberg Advogados announces two partners
Mattos Engelberg Advogados is delighted to announce to its clients and friends two new partners, André de Sá Braga and Louise Emily Bosschart.
André heads the firm’s practice of Information Technology, particularly handling matters of software solutions, hardware, cloud computing, outsourcing, support, among others. He advises his clients regarding litigation cases before internal and external Control Public Bodies, Courts of Auditors and the Judiciary Branch. André has more than 20 years of experience on Administrative Law matters involving both private and public entities and he also provides consulting regarding the management of public contracts and biddings.
Louise is a former partner of Mattos Muriel Kestener Advogados and has been advising companies in the environmental area, with emphasis on legal consultancy services involving environmental legislation, legal consultancy services for environmental licensing procedures, policy of solid waste, Forest Code, water resources, air emissions, management of contaminated areas, storage of controlled products, drafting of agreements with regard to environmental liability clauses, due diligence investigations in connection with environmental issues, development of compliance and training programs focused on environmental management; and assistance in administrative proceedings, civil investigations, class actions and complex litigation involving environmental matters.
